Abstract:
TRIZ evolution technology is an important branch of technology system forecasting. The evolution patterns and lines of direct evolution (DE) theory were firstly introduced. As modular fixtures(MFs) are important to both traditional and modem flexible manufacturing system, so applying the evolution patterns and lines on MFs to forecast the future development orientation and possible trends are helpful and significative. Then the development of fixture technology was reviewed and modular fixture (MF) patents in China, US and Europe are classified according to problems they solved. Based on that, the possible evolution patterns and corresponding lines on MFs were deeply analyzed. The evolutionary potential radar plot of MF was then depicted, based on which the most possible patterns and lines as well as schemes of MF are analyzed in detail and the future development can be forecast. The above works proves that TRIZ-based technological evolution theory is an effective method when analyzing development orientation and providing guidance for MF industries.
